GIVING

Your Generosity Matters.

Boulder Valley Christian Church's finances come from the financial generosity of our members. Our giving allows our church to further its mission of Building Authentic Relationships with God and One Another. These funds provide for our facility, our staff, and our missionaries, and through them, we serve our community in multiple ways.

Thank you for your generosity. May your giving be an act of worship that helps build your faith and experience God as our provider

FAQ

  • Why do we encourage people to give generously?

The Bible teaches us that all we have is a gift from God. We are to steward all our resources to bless others and honor God. Giving generously furthers God's purposes through us and helps form us into generous, compassionate, and humble people.

  • Why recurring giving?

In an age of subscriptions, recurring giving allows you to be intentional and consistent with the amount you give, and it is the best way for the church to steward the present and plan for the future.

  • What denomination is the church affiliated with?

We are a nondenominational, independent Christian church. This means there is no governing body above us to which we need to send a percentage of our finances. All money given supports the ministries and missions within and through our local church.

  • How does the church make decisions about finances?

Our Church Leadership Council is the highest authority in our church. They protect our church's mission and biblical purposes and oversee the Lead Pastor, who works with the staff to implement our vision. Each year, the Lead Pastor works with the staff to set the annual budget. The Leadership Council then combs through the budget to give its final approval. It is then presented to the church and approved or denied by the members at our annual business meeting.

  • How do I know it's safe to give on this site?

We use a national company to process all our online transactions. They provide leading technology security to ensure your financial information is safe.

  • What if I have further questions?
