2 for 2

Your Generosity Matters.

Like Moses in Exodus 33, we know that nothing we build or plan matters unless God’s presence is with us. We are called to be a People of His Presence. And for the next two years, we are stepping fully into that calling—deepening our commitment to Until Everyone Belongs by pressing into our three core values:

Connect to God

Creating space to become a People of His Presence.

Commit to Community

Building a culture where no one walks alone.

Choose to Contribute

Giving our time, gifts, and resources to His work.

This Is About More Than Giving—It’s About Becoming

Until Everyone Belongs isn’t about programs or finances—it’s about spiritual formation. To truly become a People of His Presence, we must embrace spiritual practices—prayer, sabbath, fasting, and generosity—not as obligations, but as invitations to encounter and reflect God’s love. It is in these practices that we open ourselves up for the Holy Spirit to cultivate our hearts.

Introducing 2 for 2:

A Challenge to Grow in Generosity

For the next two years, we are inviting our church to step deeper into the discipline of generosity through an initiative called 2 for 2.

2 for 2 is an invitation to increase your giving by 2% of your annual income for the next 2 years.
This is about more than funding a vision—it’s about becoming generous people, trusting God, and stepping into His abundance.

Where will these Resources Go?

Continued Worship & Community Nights

Creating barrier-free spaces to encounter God, with free meals and childcare. Many in our community feel disillusioned by organized religion, and we hope these gatherings will offer them a chance to encounter God in a fresh way. We also believe these worship nights will re-ignite our own faith, helping us become even more effective as we reach out to our neighbors.

Local & Global Outreach

Establishing an annual 10% commitment of our budget to missions. Through Gifts for the King, we made one-time contributions to our outreach partners. Now, we want to establish an annual 10% commitment of our entire budget to missions so our generosity extends beyond our walls.

Launching a Young Adults Ministry

Supporting a growing generation in faith and belonging. We are an intergenerational church that champions the next generation.

A Strong Financial Foundation

Ensuring our church is positioned to respond faithfully and flexibly to facility needs, unexpected ministry opportunities, and urgent benevolence needs.

Supernatural Stories

We are praying God moves powerfully in healings, salvations, baptisms, revival, and authentic relationships.

Will You Take This Step of Faith?

Prayerfully consider committing to 2 for 2—not out of obligation, but because God is moving. On Sunday, April 6, we will gather for a celebration and commitment service to say yes to God’s work together.

Take time to pray over this decsion and let this be an act of worship—an offering of trust and surrender.

We are beyond grateful to  walk this journey with you. We serve a radically generous God, and it is a joy to grow together as People of His Presence.

FAQ

  • Is this just another capital campaign?

No, 2for2 is not a capital campaign. We aren’t raising funds for a specific building project or major purchase. Instead, this is an opportunity for our church family to practice generosity as an act of faith, trusting God to provide as we give.

  • How will the money be used?

Our church has a four-year financial plan to increase our budget by 25%, ensuring long-term stability and growth. Here’s how our budget will be structured:

    • 60% for staffing – Maintaining a lean but well-supported team.
    • 20% for operations – Strengthening ministry budgets to serve more effectively.
    • 10% for savings – Building reserves for the future.
    • 10% for outreach – Giving back by supporting local and global ministry partners.
  • What if I don’t have an online giving account?

No problem! You don’t need an account to give—you can give as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your donations, set up recurring gifts, and manage your giving.

To create an account, click “Give Online” and set up a recurring donation through Church Center.

If you’d rather not create an account, you can still give online as a guest.

  • Do I need to cancel my current tithe to change my giving amount?

No, you don’t need to cancel anything! If you give through our online system, you can simply update your donation amount in your account.

    To adjust your giving:

    1. Log into your Church Center account here.
    2. Click your profile image in the top right corner.
    3. Select “My Giving.”
    4. Click “Recurring Donations.”
    5. Click the pencil icon next to the donation you want to update.
    6. Enter your new amount and click “Update Donation.”
  • Can I give a one-time donation instead of a recurring gift?

Yes! A one-time gift is a great way to participate. You can give as a guest or with an account.

    To give a one-time donation:

    1. Click “Give Online.”
    2. Make sure “General Fund” is selected as the giving category.
    3. Under “Frequency,” ensure “One-Time” is selected.
    4. Enter your amount and follow the steps to complete your gift.

Whenever possible, we encourage giving via bank transfer instead of a credit card, as this reduces processing fees and allows more of your gift to go directly to the church.

  • What if I don’t have a regular income?

That’s completely okay. 2for2 isn’t about a specific amount—it’s about trusting God and growing in generosity. If your income is irregular, we encourage you to prayerfully consider how God may be inviting you to participate. Every gift, no matter the size, is an act of faith.

  • What about Gifts for the King?

We may still have an end-of-year offering, but instead of going toward special projects, these funds will strengthen everything we are doing through the General Budget, until everyone belongs.

  • Is my giving private and secure?

Your privacy and security are a top priority for us. Only a very limited number of people see giving records, and that’s strictly for bookkeeping purposes. Additionally, our online giving platform is highly secure, using encryption and secure storage to protect your information. Your giving data is never used to determine your income—it’s simply recorded for your own tracking and for year-end tax statements.
